Refund and Cancellation Policy

Full refund
- If the Firm cannot act for the Client after its conflict check.
- If the Client cancels in writing before the kit files are delivered.
- If a payment is made twice by mistake, the duplicate is refunded.
Essentials
Once the kit files are delivered, the fee is not refundable, because the files cannot be returned. If a file listed for Essentials is missing or materially different from its description, the Firm will supply it within 3 working days of being told, or refund a proportionate part of the fee if it cannot.
Professional
If the Client cancels after the kit files are delivered but before the onboarding consultation, the Firm refunds the fee less ₹7,999 for the files delivered. After the onboarding consultation has taken place, the fee is not refundable.
Annual
If the Client cancels within 14 days of payment and before the onboarding consultation, the Firm refunds the fee less ₹7,999 if the kit files have been delivered. After that, the Firm refunds the fee for each complete quarter of the year not yet begun, less ₹24,999 for the Professional deliverables already provided, and the refund cannot be negative.

How refunds are paid
Write to vivekanandlawfirm@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 99581 73388 with your Razorpay payment ID. Approved refunds are initiated through Razorpay to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval. The time for the amount to reach your account depends on your bank.
Fees paid to others
Government fees, penalties and charges of third parties paid by the Client are outside this policy.
