Privacy Policy

What this page collects
The page itself does not store anything you type. If you use the order or reservation form, your entries are placed in a WhatsApp message on your own phone, and nothing is sent until you send that message. Your browser may remember your choice on the disclaimer and the package filter on your own device.
Payments
Payments are taken by Razorpay on its own pages. Razorpay collects your name, email, mobile number and the details you enter there, and processes your payment under its own privacy policy. The Firm receives the payment details and the information you enter at checkout, but never your card or bank account details.
What the Firm uses
The Firm uses your name, contact details, payment ID and your establishment's particulars to confirm the engagement, deliver the kit, keep accounts and meet its legal and professional duties.
Patient information
Do not send any patient's name, records or clinical details through this page, at checkout, on WhatsApp or by email. The Firm does not need them to deliver any package.
Sharing
The Firm does not sell or share your information, except with service providers it uses to deliver the service (Razorpay, email and WhatsApp) and where the law requires.
Retention
Engagement and payment records are kept for as long as the Firm's professional and tax duties require.
Third-party services
The page loads fonts from Google Fonts and, where you choose, opens WhatsApp and Razorpay. Each has its own privacy policy.
