Questions

Before you choose.

Is this legal advice, or a product?

It is a fixed-fee professional engagement with Vivekanand Law Firm. When you pay, you accept the Terms of Engagement; the firm checks for any conflict of interest and confirms the engagement before delivering. If the firm cannot act for you, the full fee is refunded.

Will this make my hospital compliant?

No document can do that on its own. The kit organises your registrations, renewals, policies, forms and records, and shows you what is missing. Compliance depends on holding the registrations and following the policies. No package promises an outcome before any authority or court.

Do the Bihar 2026 rules for small hospitals apply to us?

The Health Department exempted hospitals with 1–40 beds from the Bihar CE Rules, 2013 in March 2025 and issued the Bihar Small and Medium Healthcare Establishments Regulations on 8 June 2026, which require registration through the Civil Surgeon-led District Registration Authority. The kit's checklist marks these items with their verification status. The Professional package maps them to your hospital.

What exactly will I receive after paying for Essentials?

8 Word files with 22 editable templates, one Excel workbook with 7 trackers, and one PDF implementation guide, with your hospital's name and particulars entered, within 3 working days of receiving your details. Every item is listed under “What's inside”; nothing else is promised.

Are the templates legally reviewed?

They are drafted by Vivekanand Law Firm for hospitals in Bihar, with the law stated as on 13 October 2026, and every legal point in the checklist carries its source and verification status. They are templates: adapt them to your hospital, and have procedure-specific clinical consents prepared by your treating doctors.

Do I need to share patient records to buy?

No. Never send patient names, records or clinical details through this page or at checkout. The firm needs only your hospital's name, address, registration particulars and contact person.

How do I pay, and is it safe?

Payment is taken by Razorpay by UPI, card or net banking. The firm never sees your card or bank details. You receive Razorpay's receipt with a payment ID, which is your order reference.

Is GST charged?

The fees shown are the firm's professional fees. Where GST applies to legal services supplied to a business entity, the recipient pays it under reverse charge. Please confirm your position with your Chartered Accountant.

What is not included?

Government fees, technical certificates such as fire audits and electrical inspections, replies to notices, and representation before any authority, consumer commission or court. These are quoted separately in writing before any work begins.

Can I move from Essentials to Annual later?

Yes. The Essentials fee is adjusted against the first year of Annual. The Professional fee is adjusted if you move to Annual within 90 days.
